Every September, the Monaco Yacht Show transforms Port Hercule into one of the world’s most exclusive showcases of superyachting. The 2026 edition marked the show’s 35th anniversary, bringing together 120 superyachts, including 43 yachts delivered during the year. From custom-built giants to highly refined sailing yachts, this year’s fleet offered an impressive look at where luxury, design, technology, and craftsmanship are heading next.
Among the yachts commanding the greatest attention were several of the largest vessels in the fleet, including the 335-foot NIXIE, the 288-foot ANGELIQUE, the 262-foot PANGEA, and the 251-foot BOARDWALK V. Alongside them, a new Sanlorenzo flagship, a $52.0 million sailing yacht, and a fully refitted Oceanco demonstrated the range of experiences available at the show. NIXIE
At 335 feet, NIXIE was the largest yacht featured in this selection and one of the most anticipated debuts of the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show. Built by Lürssen and delivered in 2026, the yacht was designed by RWD with a focus on fluid exterior lines and an intimate relationship with the sea.
Inside, NIXIE is arranged across five decks, with accommodation for up to 12 guests in 10 cabins. A private Owner’s deck, dedicated spa, 1,550-square-foot gym, 24.6-foot infinity pool, cinema spaces, and a 1,356-square-foot beach club give the yacht the feel of a private resort at sea. Lürssen describes NIXIE as combining expansive social spaces with a highly private Owner’s experience, while its semi-suspended glass pool and 2,906-square-foot beach club add two particularly striking features.
ANGELIQUE
At 288 feet, ANGELIQUE represented one of the largest yachts in the 2026 fleet. Built by Turquoise Yachts and launched in 2026, the yacht was displayed at Quai Rainier Ier. The yacht’s sheer scale places it firmly among the show’s most significant vessels. With a 45.6-foot beam and a 12.8-foot draft, ANGELIQUE presents substantial volume and a fresh presence to the Turquoise Yachts fleet. Onboard, she features a main deck with a glass-sided counterflow pool at the center, an owner’s deck with an intimate bar and dining area, and a beach club with its own wellness area, gym and basketball court.
PANGEA
The 262-foot PANGEA brought a more contemporary interpretation of large-yacht luxury to Monaco. Built by Amels and delivered in 2025, the yacht made her Monaco Yacht Show debut in 2026.
Designed inside by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design and outside by Espen Oeino, PANGEA features full-height windows, expansive exterior decks, a 21.3-foot glass-bottom swimming pool, and a private Jacuzzi connected to the forward-facing Owner’s Suite. Her interior uses natural materials and refined detailing to create a quieter, residential atmosphere. PANGEA accommodates up to 14 guests across seven suites, with a spa, sauna, hammam, massage room, and gym. Hybrid technology also allows for quieter and more efficient operation.
BOARDWALK V
With a published asking price of approximately $168.9 million, BOARDWALK V was among the most valuable yachts on display with a publicly available price. The 251-foot Feadship was delivered in 2021 and is currently offered for sale.
The yacht combines the pedigree of one of the world’s most recognized custom yacht builders with a highly considered layout. Her forward main-deck garage accommodates two 27.9-foot tenders, while the yacht itself offers seven staterooms for up to 14 guests. BOARDWALK V was designed by De Voogt, with interiors by Halffman Designs. Her 5,000-nautical-mile range at cruising speed also gives the yacht considerable long-distance capability.
74STEEL
Sanlorenzo’s 74Steel introduced a new flagship to Monaco. Measuring 241 feet, it is the largest yacht ever built by the Italian shipyard and represents a significant expansion of the brand’s superyacht offering. The yacht was conceived around Sanlorenzo’s philosophy of highly personalized design, with materials, layouts, and interiors shaped through close collaboration with the owner. The result is a yacht that places considerable emphasis on space, natural light, and a connection to the water.
With approximately 1,920 gross tons, accommodation for 12 guests, and room for 22 crew, 74Steel delivers the scale of a true flagship while maintaining Sanlorenzo’s distinctive approach to contemporary Italian design.
SIMENA
For something entirely different, SIMENA brought 203 feet of sailing elegance to Port Hercule. Built by ARES Yachts and delivered in 2026, the ketch was one of the largest sailing yachts in this year’s Monaco fleet. Available for sale at approximately $52.0 million, SIMENA combines traditional sailing with modern hybrid technology. Her system incorporates a 220 kW electric motor and allows for quiet electric cruising, while her design pairs a classic clipper-inspired bow and teak decks with contemporary interiors.
The yacht accommodates up to 12 guests in six cabins and was designed for long-range cruising, giving SIMENA a distinctly different character from the large motor yachts surrounding her.
AHS
The 217-foot AHS offered another perspective on luxury: instead of being a brand-new build, the Oceanco yacht arrived in Monaco following an extensive refit. Originally launched in 2005, AHS underwent substantial investment and upgrades before arriving at the show. Her 1,801 gross tons provide the volume typically associated with considerably larger yachts, while her entertainment spaces include a full cinema, a large sundeck, and a resort-style waterfall pool.
The yacht accommodates up to 14 guests, with seven staterooms and a crew of 18. For buyers looking for a fully established yacht rather than a new construction project, AHS presents a different route into the upper tier of superyachting.
The Ultimate Monaco Showcase
The 2026 Monaco Yacht Show demonstrated that modern superyachting is no longer defined by size alone. NIXIE and ANGELIQUE represented extraordinary scale, PANGEA and 74Steel highlighted the evolution of contemporary yacht design, and BOARDWALK V showed the value commanded by an exceptional Feadship with an approximately $168.9 million asking price. Meanwhile, SIMENA and AHS offered two very different interpretations of luxury, from hybrid sailing to an extensively refitted Oceanco.
Together, these yachts capture what continues to make Monaco such a defining moment on the international yachting calendar: a rare opportunity to experience the newest, largest, and most sophisticated vessels in the world in one extraordinary setting.
