Warm wood tones, organic textiles, deep green accents, and softly layered lighting create interiors that feel sophisticated without being overstated. The result is a contemporary interpretation of Nobu’s signature aesthetic, quiet, tactile, and thoughtfully restrained.

The hotel’s accommodations range from Superior and Deluxe Rooms to a collection of suites, including the Zen, Hikari, Yuhi, and Nobu. Each continues the property’s Japanese-minimalist design language while incorporating warm natural textures and a distinctly Madrid-inspired sense of place.
Among the standout accommodations is the Yuhi Suite, positioned on the hotel’s top floor. The over 400-square-foot suite extends onto a spacious private corner terrace, offering panoramic views across Madrid, along with dedicated dining and relaxation areas. A king-size Nobu signature bed, expansive windows, natural materials, and a spacious walk-in shower complete the tranquil retreat.

At the center of the property is a tri-level Nobu restaurant, bringing Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s celebrated Japanese-Peruvian cuisine to Madrid. The menu combines Japanese techniques with South American influences and features Nobu signatures including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, and Rock Shrimp Tempura.
The restaurant also introduces an intimate eight-seat Sushi Bar, complemented by a curated selection of wines, sake, and cocktails. Designed by Studio Gronda, the restaurant becomes more than a dining room, it is an integral part of the hotel’s social identity.
Above it all, The Rooftop at Nobu offers a different perspective on the capital. Designed around Madrid’s transition from afternoon to evening, the seventh-floor destination pairs panoramic city views with Mediterranean influences, cocktails, music, and a lively atmosphere beneath the Madrid sky.
