The Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences bring the world of high jewelry and horlogerie into a residential tower designed to become the tallest residential landmark in the world. Conceived as a statement of ambition, craftsmanship, and innovation, the project carries Jacob & Co.’s visual language from the wrist into the skyline.
Founder and Chairman Jacob Arabo personally guides the design and creative expression of the residences, embedding the house’s signature attention to detail throughout the development. Materials, silhouettes, light, and even the names of individual residences draw inspiration from four decades of Jacob & Co. jewelry and watchmaking.
The result is a tower where gemstones and timepieces become architectural references. The residences open directly from private elevators into expansive interiors filled with natural light and panoramic views. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Dubai from above, while marble and rich architectural textures create an atmosphere designed around precision and refinement.
But the most distinctive expression of the project may be found in its namesake residences. The tower’s collections read almost like a Jacob & Co. jewelry archive brought to life.
The Emerald Villas offer two-bedroom residences with three bathrooms and private infinity pools, while the Sapphire Villas introduce two-plus-bedroom layouts with three bathrooms, a study or maid room, additional storage, and private infinity pools. The Ruby Villas expand the scale to three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and private infinity pools.
Higher within the tower, the residences become increasingly tied to Jacob & Co.’s most recognizable creations.
The Diamond Sky Mansion, inspired by the Diamond Wing watch, features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The Fleurs de Jardin Sky Mansion, named after the Fleur de Jardin watch, offers six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a private infinity pool.
At the pinnacle is the Astronomia Sky Penthouse, a full-floor collection named for Jacob & Co.’s iconic Astronomia timepiece. With five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private infinity pool, and 360-degree views, it represents the project’s most expansive expression of the brand’s design philosophy.
Together, these residences create a journey through the Jacob & Co. universe. Gemstones define collections lower in the tower, while some of the brand’s most celebrated watches inspire its signature mansions and penthouses above.
