The development will feature 52 guestrooms, 43 hotel residences, and 26 private residences, offering both transient visitors and full-time residents access to world-class service in one of Colorado’s most storied mountain towns.
Nestled in Telluride, a town celebrated for its late-1800s mining and Victorian heritage, the property sits in Mountain Village adjacent to the gondola and Telluride Ski Resort, providing ski-in/ski-out access while remaining close to downtown’s galleries, restaurants, and historic charm. The resort is designed to blend seamlessly with the alpine environment, offering sweeping mountain views and sophisticated mountain living.
Private and hotel residences are priced from approximately $4 million to $40 million, with private units ranging from roughly 2,064 to 6,445 square feet, and hotel residences spanning one to four bedrooms in fully furnished turnkey layouts. Residents will enjoy access to all resort amenities, dedicated residential staff, and opportunities for customized interior design.
The project comprises three connected buildings designed by Olson Kundig, with interiors by Clements Design, using natural materials and architectural forms inspired by Telluride’s rugged peaks. Features prioritize natural light, indoor-outdoor flow, and panoramic mountain views.
In keeping with the Four Seasons standard, the resort will include world-class dining, a full-service spa, wellness and fitness facilities, and seamless access to alpine recreation and cultural experiences.
