At Four Seasons Resort Megève, wellness is taking on a new dimension. Set against the French Alps, the resort has expanded its nearly 10,000 square foot Spa with new facilities, immersive experiences and nature-led programming designed around a more modern approach to relaxation.
The latest additions place the surrounding Alpine landscape at the center of the experience. A new outdoor jacuzzi, inaugurated in July, offers sweeping mountain views. Designed as a place to unwind after a day outdoors, the jacuzzi extends the restorative feeling of activities such as hiking, cycling and exploring the mountains.
The Spa has also introduced a new mixed sauna that opens toward the surrounding scenery. Crafted from natural wood and accented by an elegant salt wall, the space is designed for couples, families and friends to experience relaxation together while remaining connected to the landscape.
For summer 2026, wellness continues outdoors with a new 409 square foot wellness dome. The space hosts Pilates sessions and a variety of outdoor activities, while meditation and sound healing experiences can be arranged upon request, allowing guests to create a more personalized wellness journey.
The Spa’s treatment menu further reflects the resort’s connection to Megève and its Alpine setting. Among its signature experiences is A Stroll Through Megève, inspired by the landscapes surrounding the resort. The treatment can be enjoyed as either a body or facial ritual, incorporating elements such as a white fir body scrub and massage or an anti-aging edelweiss facial treatment. The experience concludes with a sweet treat from Executive Pastry Chef Jonathan Chapuy.
For those looking for a deeper form of recovery, the Spa also offers a biohacking practice in a flotation bed. Guests float on 600 litres of Epsom salt water, creating a feeling of weightlessness intended to support recovery and relaxation. A guided meditation adds another dimension to the experience.
The expanded wellness concept is designed to extend beyond the Spa itself. Mountain walks, yoga overlooking the peaks, time spent in the sauna and jacuzzi, and personalized treatments all become part of a broader approach to wellbeing.
Rather than treating wellness as a series of individual treatments, Four Seasons Resort Megève presents it as an immersive part of the Alpine stay, one built around movement, nature, restoration and the opportunity to slow down.
