For more than 280 years, Moët & Chandon has been synonymous with celebration. Founded in 1743, the Champagne House has built its legacy on craftsmanship, innovation, and a belief that every milestone deserves to be marked with a glass of champagne. At the heart of that legacy is generations of expertise, from vineyard to cellar, resulting in wines recognized around the world for their elegance and vibrant character.
That spirit of celebration has now entered a new chapter through a collaboration with Pharrell Williams.
The partnership brings together two forces connected by a common vision: creating meaningful moments that bring people together. For Pharrell, whose creative career spans music, fashion, design, and culture, celebration is not simply about the occasion itself, but about the people who make it memorable. That idea aligns naturally with Moët & Chandon’s longstanding philosophy of sharing joy and connection.
Pharrell Williams and Moët & Chandon have reimagined the House’s signature champagne presentation through a creative lens. Rooted in Saint-Tropez where Ice Impérial’s serving ritual began, the partnership highlights summertime, transforming sun-drenched moments into experiences of joie de vivre, togetherness, and connection. The result is a champagne collection that is fresh and playful while remaining grounded in Moët & Chandon’s heritage.
For the first time, Ice Impérial is presented without its unmistakable white suit, revealing the bottle underneath. Pharrell reimagined the design with a fabric-inspired label adorned with golden pearls, offering a new visual expression of the cuvée. Best served over three ice cubes, Ice Impérial has a fresh, vibrant profile, with tropical fruit notes and a crisp finish in every sip. The drink is designed for sharing and perfect for whichever celebration unfolds.
To celebrate the summer launch, Cellar Master Benoît Gouez created a new way to enjoy Ice Impérial. Inspired by Pharrell’s favorite cocktail, he designed the Spicy Mangosé which blends the champagne’s fruity flavor with exotic mango sweetness. A few drops of pepper bring an unexpected touch of heat, adding contrast and energy to the blend.
Rather than looking backward, the collaboration reflects how heritage brands can continue to evolve while remaining true to their origins. By bringing Pharrell’s creative perspective into the world of champagne, Moët & Chandon demonstrates that celebration is timeless and still capable of being refined.
The result is a partnership that honors tradition, embraces creativity, and reminds us that life’s most memorable moments are often the ones shared with others.
