In Miami’s ever-evolving Brickell neighborhood, a new kind of residential experience is taking shape. Dolce & Gabbana, created in collaboration with JDS Development Group, is envisioned as a ground-up hybrid of luxury hotel and private residences, bringing the Italian fashion house’s distinctive aesthetic into one of the city’s most dynamic districts.
Rising 1,049 feet above Brickell, the tower is designed to make a dramatic statement on the Miami skyline. Its façade combines ivory travertine, white stucco and matte black steel beams, creating a distinct vertical profile, while a gold-beaded “necklace” at street level adds a warmer, more exuberant signature. The design draws inspiration from modernist architecture, including the Seagram Building in New York, alongside Milanese mid-century design and fashion.
The arrival experience is equally theatrical. At the corner of Brickell Avenue and 10th Street, residents and guests enter through a grand porte cochère finished with gold leaf and monolithic travertine slabs. Above it, a multi-story gold-beaded screen casts a warm glow across the entrance, setting the tone for the experience within.
Inside, the residences are designed around Dolce & Gabbana’s vision of elevated living. Fully furnished one to four-bedroom residences feature curated furnishings by the fashion house, alongside what the project describes as a first-of-its-kind in-residence lifestyle. The collection also includes full-floor residences, duplexes and penthouses, with private and semi-private keyed elevators adding another layer of exclusivity.
The scale of the lifestyle offering extends well beyond the residences. Dolce & Gabbana will feature 115,000 square feet of amenities spread across eight floors, with spaces dedicated to entertaining, sports, leisure, wellness, fitness and dining. The property will also include a premier hotel and 259 private residences, creating a hybrid model that brings hospitality and residential living together under one roof.
The philosophy is centered on effortless living: residents can simply arrive and have their surroundings designed around comfort, convenience and service. The development describes an environment where everyday needs and desires are anticipated, allowing residents to remain immersed in the property without needing to leave.
Its Brickell setting further connects the residences to Miami’s cultural and lifestyle scene. The neighborhood offers access to destinations including Brickell City Centre, Pérez Art Museum Miami, The Underline, designer shopping, Michelin-rated restaurants and the city’s celebrated arts and entertainment offerings. Wynwood, the Design District, Downtown, Key Biscayne and South Beach are also within reach.
With its dramatic architecture, Dolce & Gabbana interiors and expansive hospitality-driven amenities, the development aims to introduce a new expression of luxury living to Miami, one where fashion, design and five-star hospitality meet above Brickell.
