Mary Maue Fine Art

Broccoli Field

My life is enriched with the love of art and nature.

Nurturing that love through my artwork allows me an opportunity to capture the majesty of a moment, colors, or a feeling on canvas.

As an avid trekker, boater and adventurer, I derive inspiration from my travels.

I particularly enjoy the challenge of chasing the ever changing light while painting plein air in nature’s studio.

My paintings, often described as “peaceful,” are depictions of my surroundings in a fluid, impressionistic style.

I paint what is inspiring to me at the moment, and I am thrilled when I can share that moment of inspiration with others.

I am a member of the American Impressionist Society, Plein Air Washington, and a signature member of Northwest Pastel Society.
