Priced from $2.3 million up, the Four Seasons Private Residences in Fort Lauderdale is a magnificent 22-story tower right on Fort Lauderdale Beach. There are 90 residences ranging from 780 square feet to over 6,000 square feet and one to four bedrooms, plus 130 guest rooms.
According to reports, 40 percent of the units are under contract accounting for greater than $100 million in pre-sales, and Tara Bernerd, Kobi Karp, Martin Brudnizki, and Fernando Wong are among the big names who designed the ultra-chic interiors.
2. Residences by Armani/Casa in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami
This 60-story luxury oceanfront high-rise, scheduled to open this summer, is the Italian luxury fashion house’s first real estate project in the U.S. Developed by Dezer Development and The Related Group, Residences by Armani/Casa comprises 308 private residences, all with Giorgio Armani’s hallmark sense of luxury and comfort.

Forty-one Fendi homes will be part of the exclusive Palmeraie master-planned community, a 122-acre development that will also be the site for a 5-star Ritz-Carlton and an experiential retail project
The Fendi Private Residences will be an enclave of 3,500-square-foot homes starting at $1 million and designed by renowned Italian architect Marco Costanzi.
5. Versace Tower in London
Across the pond, DAMAC Tower looms high on the south bank of the River Thames in London’s new Nine Elms development. Nicknamed “Versace Tower” due to the developer’s collaboration with the Italian fashion house, this impressive 50-story building is home to a collection of homes with interiors designed by the luxury brand.
Expected to be completed by the end of 2020, the private residences feature cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces and breathtaking views of the best that London has to offer including the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Big Ben and Canary Wharf.
