Loro Piana Continues Its Equestrian Legacy at Piazza di Siena

For more than 30 years, Loro Piana has celebrated its passion for equestrian sport through its partnership with the Concours de Saut International Officiel Piazza di Siena. Held in Rome’s beautiful Villa Borghese, the world-renowned show jumping competition brings together top riders from across the globe for a weekend of sport, tradition, and Italian elegance.

The partnership reflects a connection that goes far beyond sponsorship. Equestrianism has long been part of Loro Piana’s identity, inspired by the passion of Sergio and Pier Luigi Loro Piana. The values of the sport, dedication, respect, skill, and tradition, continue to shape the Maison and its approach to craftsmanship.

This year’s event once again featured members of the Loro Piana Jumping Team, including Edwina Tops Alexander, Lorenzo De Luca, and Sheikh Khalifa Al Thani, all competing in the brand’s signature gold and blue colors. Through its riders and apparel, Loro Piana continues to support the sport while showcasing clothing designed for both performance and timeless style.

Beyond the competition arena, the Maison presented a collection inspired by the equestrian lifestyle. Combining technical fabrics with refined craftsmanship, the pieces reflect Loro Piana’s commitment to quality, comfort, and understated luxury.
