I’m Dr. Rosenstein, a neurological surgeon in Arlington, Texas. I went to medical school at Johns Hopkins and did my training in neurosurgery at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas at Parker Hospital.
I’ve been practicing neurosurgery for 30 years, and it is a very demanding specialty. Everything was fine until I hit my early fifties. That’s when my energy level suddenly plummeted. I knew I had to do something about it because my career was at stake. What had happened? I’d gotten old.
At that point, I had to decide, was I going to let myself get old or was there something I could do to intervene and improve my quality of life so I can continue practicing neurosurgery?
I started to look into the cause of aging and what happens in your body physiologically as you get older. I found out there are certain things that one can correct and improve upon.
When I did, I put my age intervention program together and was able to achieve dramatic results that occurred very quickly. I went from 21 percent body fat to 13 percent body fat in six months. My energy levels returned to where they were when I was young, and my mind was clear. When I saw the dramatic results that I had achieved, I wanted to put together a program for my patients to be able to do the same thing, and we launched Southwest Age Intervention Institute.
What do you want your life to be like going forward? Are you happy with how you feel? If not, let’s create a program that works for you and gives you the results you want.
