Caesars Entertainment definitely knows how to create a luxury bespoke experience with its two Las Vegas Hotels, the Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace and The Cromwell, the only stand-alone boutique hotel on the Strip.
At Nobu Hotel, which recently celebrated its first anniversary, attention to detail begins the moment you walk in, from the private elevators and a secluded lobby to in-room treats of custom truffles, mandarins and signature tea upon arrival, to luxury bath amenities by Natura Bissé and scented lavender pillow mist at bedtime.
Designer David Rockwell and his firm Rockwell Group led the overall interior design for the hotel creating elegant Japanese-inspired décor featuring natural materials, neutral tones with splashes of color and bold graphics, traditional and contemporary artwork, dramatic bathrooms with teak fittings complemented by stone tile, all creating a tranquil experience in the middle of the bustling atmosphere of the legendary casino.
Since opening one year ago, Nobu Hotel features stunning 117 rooms, 18 suites, as well as soon-to-be- unveiled villas. The property’s beautifully appointed suites provide a balance of fun and luxury, with distinctive East/West influences, perfect for special birthday or wedding celebrations or VIP meetings.
Nobu Hotel’s first ever 24-hour in-room dining menu does not disappoint, featuring such culinary delights as blueberry and yuzu soba pancakes, recommended personally by the hotel’s general manager Gigi Vera, or eggs Matsuhisa with asparagus, bonito egg sauce, ikura and toasted bao.
Hotel guests also receive special priority reservations to the accompanying Nobu Caesars Palace restaurant. The largest Nobu restaurant worldwide to date, the venue features three teppanyaki tables, private chef’s tables, sushi bar, private dining room, bar and lounge.
Next stop – The Cromwell, located where Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Blvd. meet, is poised to have its official grand opening this fall. Offering guests an exclusive, personalized experience, from valet side check-in, reserved gaming areas, coffee/beverage service on each floor, exquisitely decorated rooms blending vintage design elements with Parisian flare and modern accents, in-room honor bars, and even vanity bars, should you have forgotten to pack that important hair product or sunscreen.

The Cromwell, with 188 rooms and suites, will offer guests a luxury lifestyle experience, with special touches not available anywhere else in Vegas. Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis hand-selected the property to debut her first restaurant ‘Giada,’ set to open this summer. Designed by architect Leo Daly, ‘Giada’ will have one of the most breathtaking terrace views in town. With interiors featuring rose gold accents and framed home photos and movie posters in honor of her famous family, ‘Giada’ will feature the Emmy Award-winning chef’s signature Italian cooking style.
“I’m so excited, not only to be opening my very first restaurant, but to be one of the first female chefs on the Las Vegas Strip,” says De Laurentiis. “My goal for this restaurant is to be able to share a part of my life, my culture and my family with every guest. I want each person to feel like they’re entering my home, receiving a big welcoming hug and enjoying a fantastic Italian meal.”
The “pièce de résistance” is Drai’s Beach Club, set to open its doors on Memorial Day Weekend. Nightclub czar Victor Drai is busy putting the finishing touches on his latest creation, a 35,000 square foot, two level venue, high on top the 11th floor of the hotel. Drai promises to take the nightclub experience to new heights, literally, with a 360-degree experience featuring unobstructed views of the Strip, multiple pools, two full bars, renowned resident DJs, luxury cabanas, exclusive VIP bungalows, signature cocktails and gourmet food.
Las Vegas clearly has something for everyone, but at Nobu Hotel and The Cromwell, it’s all in the details.
