Mercedes-Benz has announced its first-ever US Residences, standing alongside iconic brands such Porche and Bentley. This groundbreaking venture introduces Mercedes-Benz to the prestigious Brickell, Miami, with SHoP Architects—renowned for their work on Uber HQ and 335 Madison Avenue—leading the design. SHoP’s reputation for unparalleled design excellence promises a Miami project that’s nothing short of spectacular.
The collaboration extends to JDS Development Group, together embarking on a project that transcends conventional luxury. Spanning 67 stories, the development will house over 700 residences and 200 hotel rooms, catering to the elite. From studios to three-bedroom units, the residences are set to welcome their first occupants in 2027, with SERHANT overseeing sales.
Aesthetically, the H-shaped tower draws eyes with its staunch individualism. Each balcony, particularly those facing South, offers breathtaking views of South Beach, the draw of the Sunshine State.
Michael Stern, CEO of JDS Development group said of the partnership, “It is a privilege to work with Mercedes-Benz and move beyond a traditional residential building to create a new community for the future.” The Mercedes-Benz tower distinguishes itself not only through its branding but also via its commitment to sustainability in materials and design.
Part of the Mercedes-Benz tower project is a complete overhaul of Southside Park, an expansion which aims to create a more sustainable lifestyle for the people of Brickell. Not only will the citrus-rich environment create a healthy living space, but Mercedes-Benz tower will also support a wide range of local environmentally-friendly activities.
This architectural masterpiece is a magnificent addition to the gorgeous Miami skyline- and another option for Miami luxury living.
