Kukui‘ula Club Villas
The Villas at the Lodge at Kukui‘ula are 4-bedroom homes with stunning ocean views, refreshing plunge pools and contemporary design that lets you live indoors and out seamlessly. Located within walking distance of the community clubhouse, the Villas sleep up to eight people and offer approximately 2,700 sq. ft. in total living space. Complimentary daily maid service.
- Three Villa bedrooms, including the master suite, are located in the main home and feature bathroom suites and outdoor garden showers that bring the beauty of the island inside your walls.
- Generous kitchen, built for togetherness and entertaining, spills onto a large outdoor lanai with a built-in gas BBQ.
- A powder room, laundry room, pantry, and two-car garage round out the property.
- The 4th bedroom and bathroom is located in a guest hale off the private front yard.
Kukui‘ula Club Cottages
Two and three bedroom Club Cottages at the Lodge at Kukui‘ula are inspired by authentic island architecture. Spacious and welcoming, Club Cottages sleep up to six people and offer approximately 2,200 sq. ft. of total living space. Located a bike ride to Plantation House clubhouse and amenities.
- Main house features two master suites with king beds, walk-in showers, outdoor lava rock garden showers, powder room and laundry room.
- Spacious enclosed lanai, fire pit and gas grill outdoors; gourmet indoor kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
- Separate guest cottage features a king bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, walk-in shower, and its own private lanai.
Kukui‘ula Club Bungalows
Club Bungalows are a perfectly luxurious base camp located along a garden path a short stroll from the Plantation House clubhouse. These 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes are inspired by traditional island architecture, and offer a contemporary floor plan with fresh, original island interiors. Club Bungalows are intimate and generous in their layout, and effortlessly turnkey in their design.
1 Bedroom Bungalow
The 1-bedroom Club Bungalow is spacious and intimate, with kitchen and dining room, covered lanai with state-of-the-art BBQ. Master bedroom bathroom offers a soaking tub and outdoor garden shower. Laundry room equipped. Sleeps two and offers approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of total living space.
2 Bedroom Bungalow (Single-Storey)
The 2-bedroom Club Bungalow is a spacious and open living space and kitchen with a complete dining area and BBQ on the covered lanai. Master bedroom and bathroom suite feature a soaking tub, dual sinks and an outdoor garden shower. Guest bedroom is situated for maximum privacy. Laundry-room equipped. Sleeps four and offers approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of total living space.
2 Bedroom Bungalow (Two-Storey)
The two bedroom, two-storey Club Bungalow offers a spacious great room and kitchen with access to both indoor and outdoor dining under a covered lanai with a gas BBQ. The master bedroom and bathroom suite on the lower level features a soaking tub, dual sinks and an outdoor garden shower. The upstairs master suite is a private oasis with a large bedroom, spa-like bath and spacious covered lanai. Laundry room on the first level. Sleeps four with approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of total living space.
3 Bedroom Bungalow
The three-bedroom Club Bungalow offers a large master bedroom and kitchen that opens up to a spacious covered lanai. The spa-like master suite features an open bathroom with a large soaking tub and an outdoor garden shower. The second and third bedrooms also include a bathroom, and the laundry room is located off the master bathroom. The three-bedroom Bungalow sleeps six and offers approximately 2,500 sq. ft. in total living space.
